To keep service safe, consistent, and dependable for everyone, the following apply:
Accessibility: Bins must be accessible without opening gates, entering homes, garages or enclosures, or moving personal property. If bins are stored behind a gate, the gate must be open on service days.
Location: Bins should be stored in a consistent location so they can be retrieved and placed back efficiently.
Safety: Service will not be performed if access requires navigating through unsafe conditions such as interacting with aggressive animals or hazardous weather conditions. Our goal is customer satisfaction, however, if a condition arises where we must choose between our service and the safety of people, we will prioritize safety.
Missed Service: If bins are not accessible at the time of service, that pickup may be skipped without refund. If there is ever an issue where you believe service was skipped by us, please reach out to discuss.
Schedule Changes: We consistently monitor the neighborhood and municipal pickup schedules so that you don't have to. Holiday changes are noticed and honored automatically.
Liability: Dependable Bins is not responsible for damage caused by overfilled, broken, improperly stored bins, or any conditions outside of our control.
Service Area: Service has started in select neighborhoods in Richmond Hill, we may not be offering our service to customers outside our service area, please contact us for more information and be patient as we grow our operation.
